i feel like i've playing that with someone the whole week, and I KEEP LOSING. but before we move on to my whining (i will not call it rants because i don't lie) about the week, it was Yen's birthday on the 8th so let me just say

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY

thank you for always listening to me even though you may (sometimes) be on the verge of pulling your hair out. i'm sorry that i couldn't celebrate your birthday with you =( i feel really bad. thank you for all the times you've made me smile with your hilarious antics and for all the times you've stood by me when i needed it. i seriously doubt i've been half as good a friend as you've been to me, coz you seriously raise the bar so high i find it hard to reach x) and for the last time, YOU DO NOT HAVE MAN ARMS! i love you babe =)

yes so about this week. monday and tuesday went by so fast i didn't even realise it. you know why? yes i was having STOMACH FLU ew gross. and so i was in this state of half consciousness and very very close to complete delirium and spent the 2 days drifting in and out of sleep, clutching my stomach. but i wasn't even having a severe case of this disgusting flu. my poor dad and Bhen (elder sis) were the ones who did actually reach a state of delirium, and even had an extra day of MC from the doctor x) and my poor mom, running after all 3 of us the whole day. i'm sorry mummy =(

and in this psychotic state i did manage to read the get well soon messages from my classmates, so thank you guys! the best, i must say, was Yen's message. i heard from Sarah the next day that Yen was actually quite upset that my response was not as enthusiastic as she had expected. sorry babe! but i guess my mind wasn't working that great. anyway, this is the message:

I just heard a joke.
This duck walks into a bar and asks for grapes. The bartender said no and the duck thanks him and leaves. The second day the duck comes again and asks for grapes. The bartender said "I'm sorry we don't serve grapes, have never served grapes and will never serve grapes." The duck gets a bit pissed. But thanks him nonetheless and leaves. The third day, the duck comes again. The bartender upon seeing him started shouting "You stupid duck! Stop asking for grapes. This is a bar. If you ask again, i'll nail your stupid beak to the door." The duck remained silent. Then asked "Do you have any nails?" The bartender although puzzled, still replied "No." Then the duck asked "Do you have any grapes?"

YEN IS THE CUTEST I SWEAR. i did half snort when i read it, i have to admit x) talking about jokes, i have one:

HAHAHA. don't you think that's funny? well i didn't get a good response from whoever i told it to today. not even hannah (not even after her 2 minutes pause to think about it)! i'm really losing my touch i swear x)

anyway, moving on with this nightmare of a week. i finally returned to school on wednesday, and chem was first block. that didn't go too well, but i shan't speak about it. then this morning, i was supposed to run my 2.4km which was carried over from last week because i had the normal kind of flu. if i didn't run this morning, my 5 items would get cancelled and i'll have to retake my entire NAPFA all over again with the J1s!

so the question is, did i take it?




NO I DIDN'T I HAVEN'T EATEN A PROPER MEAL IN 3 DAYS THANKS TO THE HORRIBLE STATE OF MY TUMMY. and so along with it went my 5 items. crap. and then i decided to stay the entire day of school today because i was feeling a lot better. GP ended earlier so i managed to leave school earlier too. i was dead tired but had tuition at 4. when i reached home at 330, i was thinking, YAY! i shall sleep for half an hour first. when i took out my handphone, my tuition teacher had smsed me saying he's 10 mins away, can we start tuition early?

my conclusion: LIFE SUCKS.

okay la, maybe just for this week. but it does suck. i did another facebook quiz thing!


okay if i'm 36% Asian, then i'm 64% what? African? European? Australian? this is beyond my comprehension x)
