i think that life can be pretty unfair. i guess i whine about it sometimes, but then again, who doesn't? but at least i know i'm not the type to sit and complain and admit defeat. sometimes when life is unfair, i choose to believe that maybe something else is in store for me, something better. so there's nothing for me to bury my head in my hands and cry about. what has happened, has happened. nothing's going to change the past. if there's something i have even a little bit of control over, it's my future. and there's no way in hell i'm gonna let past failures and unfairness screw it up.

because whatever happens, it happens for the best.
